Dusty in Memphis
In a moment of weakness I purchased Dusty in Memphis on vinyl yesterday, from Diverse Vinyl at the hi-fi show at the Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge Surrey. Very pleasant hotel and very small show improved significantly by a few purveyors of records.
Dusty in Memphis is a double 45rpm reissue from Analogue Productions it was originally on Atlantic. It’s a fabulous album musically and also great sound quality.
More information here and here and here.
It includes the classics: Just a little Lovin’, Son of a Preacher Man and Breakfast in Bed and more.
Damn expensive but worth it.
