Our 5 Step Production

• Raw materials picked from stock. CNC cut to size. Counted off the machine and inspected. 
• Coil pockets and cut foam are combined, sealed and inspected to match order specification.
• Quality officer checks all components of the final product are perfect, before a final stockinette wrap.
• Completed Logicoil product tagged, wrapped in polythene and booked out for distribution.
• Product delivered to the customer via Clinchplain’s fleet of vehicles

Clinchplain products are used in Settees and chairs, Beds and mattresses, Memory and reflex foam, plus many more. Tested to BS EN ISO 3385: 1995 over a course of 80,000 cycles, the results proved Logicoil seating to be very durable and long-lasting whilst not compromising on overall comfort.
