FCE set to stay in Telford through to 2029

10 September 2025

National trade body the British Furniture Association (BFA) has committed to hosting its Furniture Component Expo (FCE) at Telford International Centre for the next four years.

Launched in 2024, the FCE has gone from strength to strength, offering component suppliers the opportunity to exhibit to furniture makers, including purchasers, designers and production teams.

More than 60 per cent of floorspace for 2026 has already been allocated to exhibitors, while sponsors BeA Group and Carpenter have renewed for next year.

Furniture & Joinery Production also returns as the expo’s official media partner, sponsoring the seminar theatre and drinks reception.

Phil Spademan, Managing Director of the BFA, said: “Our first two expos at Telford International Centre have been a great success and in part that is thanks to the excellent location and amazing team at this fantastic venue.

“We’re extremely pleased to commit to hosting FCE 27, 28 and 29 at Telford International Centre and look forward to welcoming exhibitors and delegates to the event in 2026.

“FCE continues to go from strength to strength, and we are committed to supporting the industry by ensuring future opportunities for manufacturers to review, network and purchase products from leading suppliers.”

The BFA’s Furniture Component Expo 26 will take place at Telford International Centre on March 11th and 12th.

Alison Griffin, Managing Director of TIC said: “It’s very good business news that the British Furniture Association is driving its industry forward through their annual Expo.

“We are delighted to have been the inaugural event home for the FCE and to be able to cement this into the longer term is a best reflection of organiser and venue working well together, to solidify and grow their event, whilst our venue, service and destination very much meets the ongoing needs of the organising team and all their respective audiences. This is a great announcement.”
