Well Being And Annualised Hours
Employee well-being and inclusion in our working environments can be a challenging matter. Factory work can be physically and mentally draining at times. Pressures on life externally, the cost of living - there are a wide range of pressures on personnel. HR professionals play a role in ensuring that staff are supported in the correct way. Guest speakers from Andy’s Man Club will be on hand to talk about this subject.
Guest speakers from Nelson's will be talking about the legalities of annualised hours followed by group discussions and shared best practice amongst Forum members.
